Getting code to work

I am using a vigilance theme and can't seem to get Featurific to work. I've tried posting the code (as written in the FAQ) into both the index.php and sidebar.php but no luck. I also tried using it as "custom code" in the sidebar box.

What am I missing?

Hi there!

Does Featurific show up fine when you use one of the standard Wordpress templates? If so, one thing you might do is to inspect the standard Wordpress template (its index.php or home.php file) to see how Featurific inserts itself into it. Then, you can make the same changes to the vigilance theme to see if you can get it working.
